I got Nintendos component cables the other day. They work fine if I plug them directly into the tv (LG HD-plasma).
But I want to use to consol through my Joytech Component Media Center, just the same way that I’m using my Xbox, PS2 and 360.
The first screen with the safety warning looks fine, but when the menu appaers the picture is flickering and looks like it’s showing at the wrong frequency or something, and the signal is lost within 2 seconds.
The picture reappaers if I press the “home” butten at the remote, and it looks fine, but then disappears again if i try to go to the menu screen.
It’s strange. Anyone with any suggesions?

6Just go back to the normal connection Cause from the looks of it, it’s going into sleep mode every 2 seconds. It may be a little more hassle for you, though I’m not familiar with joytech. Connect it normal and enjoy the wii.

8If you have an HDTV or EDTV, then yes. Well, actually, if you have a TV with component jacks then yeah, get the cables.
