Video shows me using the new VME application (evolved version of MCE Video Encoder) to play the a few DivX and XviD trailers on the Xbox 360 without a Media Center PC. I basically use the VME PDA interface on an HP IPaq to start the video encoding and then select the encoding video on the Xbox 360s video area. You could also accomplish the same from a normal Internet browser. Visit www.lightningware.co.uk for more information.

3I am demonstrating streaming DivX and XviD to the 360 by a PDA remote control. Using this feature of the VME software I can play AVI files stored on any PC in my local network on my 360 (without a Media Center).
