Sorry about the big text in the center but im using a free screen recording program so has to be there.

Here are the steps:

1. Go to YouTube
2. Find a video you like
3. Copy the URL
4. Go to www.videodownloader.net
5. Paste the URL in the box
6. Click download
7. After it finishs loading click download link
8. Save the file, for example “theriver.flv” do NOT forget the .flv
9. Go to www.media-convert.com
10. Click browse and find the file
11. Scroll down and click the down arrow and click .avi or whatever format you want to save it in
12. For the frames per second box fill it in with 30
13. Check I accept and then click covert
14. After its done loading click download
15. save the file
16. Enjoy your new video
